Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms explain how you may use the Aldro Accounting website and how our bookkeeping and tax services are arranged. In these terms, “Aldro,” “we” and “us” refer to Aldro Accounting.
1. Website use and service agreements
By using this website, you agree to the website-use terms on this page. Browsing the site, emailing us or submitting the Get Started form does not by itself create a client engagement, authorize a payment or instruct us to file a tax return.
Before work starts, we agree the services, fees, responsibilities and relevant deadlines with you in writing. Your written engagement governs the professional services we provide and takes priority over this page if the two conflict.
2. Services and pricing
Our advertised business tax preparation and filing fee is a flat $399. Monthly bookkeeping is optional and is billed separately at $20 a month. Catch-up bookkeeping is quoted separately before that work begins.
Your engagement identifies the business, reporting periods, returns and jurisdictions covered, together with the billing currency, payment schedule and any applicable taxes. Tax filing is a separate service from monthly bookkeeping. We agree any additional work and its price with you before carrying it out.
Our service fees do not pay the taxes, government charges or other amounts you may owe to a tax authority. No payment is collected through the Get Started form.
3. Your information and records
You must be authorized to act for the business whose information you provide. Please supply complete and accurate records, respond to questions promptly, tell us about relevant changes and keep copies of your original documents.
We rely on the information you provide when performing the agreed work. You are responsible for reviewing the financial information and returns we prepare and bringing errors or omissions to our attention. This does not remove our own professional responsibilities.
4. Review, authorization and deadlines
We will ask for the required review and authorization before filing a return on your behalf. Please review the completed return and ask us about anything that is unclear before approving it.
Timing depends on the agreed scope, receipt of the necessary information and your approvals. If information arrives late or the scope changes, we will discuss the effect on the timetable. Do not assume that a filing or extension has been submitted until we confirm it. Responsibility for paying taxes remains with you unless a specific payment service is agreed in writing.
5. Information and tax outcomes
Website articles, examples and checklists provide general information. They are not advice tailored to your circumstances. Services such as audit representation, legal advice or investment advice are not included simply because you use our website or request bookkeeping or tax filing.
We do not guarantee a particular refund, tax saving, tax-authority decision or processing time. Any additional professional service must be expressly included in your engagement.
6. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Payment dates, any recurring billing authorization, cancellation arrangements and refund terms are set out in your written engagement before you commit to the service. A monthly price on this website does not itself authorize recurring charges.
To ask about an invoice, cancel a service or request a refund, email support@aldro.ai. We will confirm any outstanding work, fees, refund and handover arrangements under your engagement and applicable law.
7. Privacy and secure document sharing
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle website enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Do not enter tax documents, account passwords, bank details or other sensitive financial information in the public enquiry form. We will arrange an appropriate way to share the records needed for your engagement. Let us know promptly if you suspect that information shared with us has been compromised.
8. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to share, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website or its enquiry system. We may restrict access that threatens the site or other users.
9. Website materials and your records
Website text, designs, branding and other materials belong to Aldro or their respective owners. You may view the site and use our public resources for your own business purposes. Do not resell our resources, reproduce our branding or imply our endorsement without permission.
Your business records remain yours. Sharing information with us does not transfer ownership of it to Aldro.
10. Website availability and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted and information may need correcting. Contact us if you notice an error or cannot access information you need. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
These website terms do not exclude rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not replace the obligations in your client engagement.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update this page and will show the revision date above. Updates apply to future website use. They do not retroactively change an agreed service, price or client engagement. Changes to an existing engagement must be agreed separately.
